Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Senior Analyst with deep expertise in Australian accounting frameworks to deliver high-level tax and financial services to complex client groups. You will navigate Division 7A, CGT, FBT issues and mentor team members while driving engagement across portfolios.

You will lead advisory efforts, prepare management reports, and manage workloads to ensure on-target hours and budgets in a fully remote setup from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of public practice accounting experience in Australian frameworks.
• High-level mastery of Australian tax issues (Division 7A, CGT, FBT, SBE concessions).
• CA or CPA qualification or near completion.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex Australian tax frameworks to prepare statements, activity statements, and returns for corporate and trust structures.
• Lead and coach team members, review working papers and provide feedback.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, and forecasts; contribute to tax strategy.
