Job summary

You will assign tasks, support training and development, monitor budgets, and work with clients to clarify scope and outcomes. The ideal candidate has a degree with CPA, 6+ years in professional services, and proven leadership for large, complex client structures.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent undergraduate degree.
• Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
• 6+ years of professional services experience in Audit and Assurance.
• Exceptional leadership with a commercial view on client work and internal targets.
• Exposure to large client groups and complex entities.
• Knowledge of technical accounting and audit issues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign tasks to team members.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Ensure annual budget targets are met.
• Audit and assurance engagements for client entities.
• Collaborate with clients to define project outcomes and scope changes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality assurance requirements.
• Oversee Leadership team operations: recruitment, workflow management, timesheets and expenses, performance development.
