Job summary

PDAX is seeking a Quality Management professional to join our growing team in Metro Manila. You will execute the Quality Management Framework, review processes, and guide new associates to uphold safety, accuracy, and compliance.

You will monitor risk indicators, cascade findings to process owners, propose improvements, and support enterprise risk management initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management or Audit, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.
• Familiarity with settlements, reconciliation, client management, and other related financial operations.
• Preferably with familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with data aggregation, analysis, and storytelling.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth and dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, including internal and external stakeholders.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Quality Management Framework: Complete quality review of assigned processes per approved testing schedule.
• Provide guidance to newly onboarded Associates.
• Create and update the Quality Testing Plans, as assigned by the Head of Quality Management.
• Cascade findings to Process Owners for immediate remediation or action planning.
• Recommend process improvements for observed trends.
• Escalate findings or observed negative trends, as appropriate, for holistic action planning.
• Monitor completion of remediation plans, and escalate any overdue actions.
• Complete special projects/work as assigned by the Head of Quality Management.
• Support the Risk Management department in executing the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

General Responsibilities
