Job summary

LCH Ltd is seeking a Senior Associate in the First Line Business Continuity Management team to develop, deliver, and enhance BCM capabilities across the organisation. You will coordinate BCM exercises, manage incident response procedures, and ensure alignment with group standards and regulatory requirements.

The role involves maintaining BCM documentation, supporting Third Party Risk Management, and producing governance materials for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree educated with experience in Business Continuity Management, Third Party Risk Management, Operational Resilience, or Operational Risk (financial services experience ideal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience producing reports, management information, and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast paced environment.
• Confident communicator, able to produce clear documentation and presentations.
• Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and using sound judgement.
• Strong relationship building skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Good problem solving ability with a proactive, can do approach.
• Awareness of regulatory expectations is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain BCM documentation, channels, and evidence repositories with accurate, accessible information.
• Analyse recovery tests, track gaps, and elevate remediation with stakeholders.
• Coordinate periodic testing across Services and Functions, managing schedules and follow ups.
• Ensure alignment with Group Crisis Management and BCM standards and regulatory expectations.
• Update BCM documents such as BIAs and BCPs across Services and Functions for consistency.
• Support day-to-day BCM activities, tracking actions and progress.
• Engage with BCM Coordinators to support delivery of obligations.
• Support TPRM activities across the supplier lifecycle and governance reporting.
