The ideal candidate has a BS in Accountancy, a CPA license, and 4–5 years of external audit experience, with solid knowledge of PAS/PFRS and taxation, plus excellent communication skills.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Associate with high potential of becoming a Manager in the near future. You will have the opportunity to develop your professional knowledge and be exposed to a variety of clients and industries.

What your role will be

• Execute audit procedures and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards
• Plan and perform audit engagements in coordination with the manager and partner
• Monitor overall progress of the engagement
• Provide direct supervision and guidance to Associates
• Coordinate with clients to obtain required documents, schedules and supporting information
• Ensure audit engagements are completed with established timelines and quality standards
• Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations, auditing standards and industry practices

What we are looking for

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least four to five years of working experience in external audit
• Strong knowledge of auditing (PAS) and financial reporting standards (PFRS) as well as in taxation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit engagements within deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
