Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in PPIC, with SAP/ERP proficiency and strong data analytics. You’ll optimize stock usage and lead improvements for efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business).
Minimum five years in Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC).
Managerial or senior supervision experience is advantageous.
Experience with SAP/ERP and advanced Excel for data analysis.
Strong cross-functional coordination and KPI reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead production and shipment planning to align customer requirements with capacity and delivery schedules.
Develop monthly production plans, weekly shipment plans, and packaging plans.
Oversee export sheets, PO monitoring, and updates on production and shipping changes.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, QA, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, Shipping, and Warehouse.
Monitor RBD requirements, inventory aging, and copra-related activities.
Manage VCO and DC tolling/outsourcing to keep schedules and materials aligned.
Lead daily shipment coordination and resolve constraints affecting delivery commitments.
Monitor packaging material delivery with Purchasing to support production.
Identify gaps and implement actions to improve efficiency and on-time shipment performance.
Provide leadership and accurate planning information for decision-making.
