TE Connectivity is hiring a SUPV III ASSEMBLY in Tanauan, Philippines. The role plans and schedules production to meet delivery timelines, initiates work orders, and ensures products conform to specifications.

You will manage the shift and direct staff, enforcing the company’s health and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of relevant experience, a degree in mechanical or electronics engineering, and strong IPC/leadership and

Qualificações

7–10 years of engineering experience in the same field and industry.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electronics engineering.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong people management and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

Plan and establish production work schedule to meet delivery times and optimize production capacity.
Initiate work orders and ensure products meet specifications and schedule.
Manage the shift and direct staff to ensure smooth production while following health and safety procedures.
Assist in maintaining stock rooms and inventory accuracy, and participate in inventories.
Contribute to Kaizen initiatives and support future growth plans.
