Job summary

Xurpas Inc is seeking an experienced Senior ASP.NET MVC Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that meet business requirements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
4–5 years of relevant experience in ASP.NET MVC / .NET development.
Experience working on enterprise‑level web applications.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC and .NET.
Analyze requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions.
Develop and enhance application components based on project needs.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis.
Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
Develop responsive user interfaces and integrate with SQL databases.
Support deployment and maintenance in Microsoft Azure environments.
Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions.
Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of components.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
