Construct is looking for a Senior Art Director to lead concepting and art direction for our Philippines team. We don't need a specialist: we want a creative all-rounder who can design a visual identity on Monday, crack a big campaign idea on Wednesday and art direct a digital experience on Friday, on any account we run. Guided by our B2Human approach, you'll work with content strategists, brand planners, digital marketers and creative technologists, for clients in Finance, Professional Services, B2B Tech, Education, Government and Non-Profit across Asia-Pacific. Every job starts with a strong idea, AI gives you more options to explore, and your taste decides which one is right.

Responsibilities

You will:

• Lead concepting and art direction across brand identity, integrated campaigns, social, websites, display and film
• Use AI across the whole process: research and mood, idea exploration, quick prototypes, image and video generation, motion, and resizing and versioning at scale
• Build workflows that make our creative faster and better, then share them with the team
• Stay hands-on from concept to final delivery, including full suites of static, animated and responsive assets
• Protect each client's brand and own the quality of everything that leaves the studio, whether AI made it or not
• Mentor junior creatives with practical, constructive direction
• Present to and co-create with clients at every level
• Work with Account and Project Managers to deliver on time and on budget

Requirements

Required:

• 6+ years in a digital or integrated creative agency
• A strong portfolio showing creative impact across digital and offline work (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
• AI fluency with clear proof in your process: AI is part of how you think, explore and make, and you can show us the workflow behind the work, not just the final frames
• Hands-on skill with current image, video, motion, design and language tools, such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Firefly, Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT and ComfyUI, or whatever has replaced them by the time you read this; tell us your stack and why you use it
• Strong craft basics in typography, layout, colour and composition, because AI doesn't replace taste
• Range across brand, campaigns, social, web, motion, film and print
• Curious, experimental mindset; you're always trying new things and sharing what you find
• Excellent spoken and written communication; comfortable working with clients and colleagues across Southeast Asia
• Team-first attitude, generosity with what you know, and enthusiasm for mentoring others

Nice to have

• Track record of improving how work gets done beyond your own brief, such as a workflow or template your team adopted
• Experience building AI workflows that other people use
• Track record of mentoring junior team members
