Qualifications

• >5 years of experience as Area Project Manager/COO
• Experience as Project Owner's Representative (10+ years) is a prerequisite
• Experience in Civil Engineering vertical structures
• 2+ years in structural/architectural quantity surveying
• Knowledge in QA/QC, supervision, cost estimating, and computer literacy
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and honest

Responsibilities

• Oversee company projects to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and high quality
• Lead tasks related to project management, quality assurance, contract management, and risk management
• Serve as primary contact between owner and project stakeholders
