Job summary

Licensed Architect is required.
5–10 years of professional architectural experience.
Experience managing projects from concept through completion.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, and CAD.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead architectural projects through all phases from conceptual design to construction administration.
Develop design concepts, drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards.
Conduct site visits, oversee construction progress, and address technical issues.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, design proposals, and project reports.
Maintain high standards of design excellence and documentation.
Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
