Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture required.
• 10–12 years of work experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and understanding of certification processes (IGBC).
• Experience in coordinating with MEP, structural, and design teams on residential or mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives.
• Lead design review and approval processes, ensuring compliance with codes and project requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop high-quality collateral and capture architectural features.
• Support site coordination to ensure construction aligns with approved designs and resolve on-site challenges.
• Participate in internal and external review meetings to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Monitor quality and regulatory compliance throughout project execution.
