Qualifications

• Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Current registration with the Board of Architects.
• Minimum 20 years of architectural experience, including 15 years on large, complex projects.
• Experience in major constructions with buildings, tunnels, and deep excavation.
• Currently employed under the Contractor for at least 5 years.
• Proficiently administer contracts using PSSCOC.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project teams to achieve objectives.
• Apply architectural expertise to deliver projects meeting high technical and safety standards.
• Plan and oversee manpower deployment to optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor and ensure welfare of all project personnel throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain knowledge and apply procedures from relevant manuals to ensure regulatory compliance.
