Job summary

You will own end-to-end model delivery, build reusable services, and collaborate with product, engineering, and risk stakeholders to drive adoption with responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, CS, statistics, mathematics, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Three years of experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions from prototype to production deployment.
• Strong Python proficiency for data analysis, modeling, and production implementation.
• Experience building, evaluating, and deploying ML models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with LLM workflows including retrieval-augmented generation and tool calls.
• Experience operating production pipelines with versioning, CD practices, monitoring, and incident hygiene.
• Working knowledge of cloud and containerized environments (AWS/Azure/GCP/Kubernetes).
• Strong communication skills to translate business problems into technical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy predictive ML, analytics, and generative AI solutions for complex problems.
• Build and integrate agentic workflows into end-to-end business processes with tool calls and routing.
• Prototype AI approaches and productionize successful prototypes into reusable services.
• Own end-to-end model delivery including data prep, feature engineering, training, evaluation and deployment.
• Design, deploy, and operate production pipelines (batch and real-time) with monitoring and retraining.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, risk and controls to define requirements and metrics.
• Apply responsible AI and governance practices across model and agent lifecycle.
• Contribute reusable patterns and libraries to accelerate delivery across teams.
