Qualifications

• 8+ years in application security or related field.
• 3+ years in senior application security team leadership.
• Experience in fintech, digital currency, or payment industries preferred.
• Deep understanding of security risks in digital currency trading and payment systems.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements (FATF, MiCA) and standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS).

Responsibilities

• Formulate long-term and short-term application security strategy and roadmap.
• Lead construction and iteration of the application security system (SDLC, vulnerability management, code reviews, pentesting, monitoring).
• Establish standards and processes for security coding, testing, and vulnerability handling.
• Track and adopt new security tools and techniques to enhance defenses.
