Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Consultant to own solution delivery from discovery to go-live in a hybrid Manila environment. You will design Anaplan models, oversee data integrations, and guide finance teams to value realization.

You will mentor junior model builders, lead multi-workstream engagements, and drive governance, testing, and deployment excellence across client projects. This role requires travel readiness and a strategic, hands-on problem solver mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total experience in finance system implementations.
• At least 3+ years leading Anaplan or comparable EPM projects.
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, treasury, and consolidation processes.
• Hands-on data integration and ETL experience (APIs, flat files, SQL).
• Proven ability to lead multi-workstream projects and mentor teams.
• Willingness to travel and accommodate client deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement governance, define scope, milestones, and resourcing.
• Architect end-to-end Anaplan models and data flows.
• Develop and optimize multi-app Anaplan ecosystems and ALM.
• Oversee data integration from ERP, HRIS, and BI systems.
• Manage testing cycles, deployment, and cut-over planning.
• Enable clients through workshops, playbooks, and coaching.
