Job summary

Alteryx is seeking a senior planning architect to lead the design and evolution of our connected planning environment. This role will own Anaplan architecture, technical roadmap, model standards, and major planning solutions across FP&A, aligning governance and reporting across systems.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Finance Analytics Engineering & Automation, Finance Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to design, integrate, and operate planning processes over time, ensuring durable

Qualifications

6+ years of Anaplan experience, including ownership of enterprise or multi-model architecture and roadmap.
Deep proficiency in Anaplan Data Hub design, dimensional architecture, model performance, and integration patterns.
Strong knowledge of FP&A processes, including forecasting, annual planning, headcount, expense, revenue, or bookings.

Responsibilities

Own connected planning and Anaplan architecture across the FP&A footprint, including model design, roadmap, scalability, performance, security, and major build decisions.
Translate planning requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions and determine when a use case belongs in Anaplan versus data, automation, or reporting layers.
Lead Anaplan Data Hub design, lifecycle management strategy, workspace and model design, release discipline, testing standards, and change control.
