RTX, in collaboration with Collins Aerospace, seeks a qualified Sourcing Specialist for the Tanauan City, Batangas site under a hybrid work arrangement.

You will manage supplier relationships, develop long-range strategies, perform cost analysis, negotiate prices, and oversee bidding and contracts. The role requires 3–5 years of indirect supply chain experience, and an engineering or business degree, with SAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain-Indirect.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for sourcing on assigned commodity.
• Create the long-range strategy (supplier capabilities, spend, quality and delivery) for their commodity.
• Provide competitive analysis, market assessments and industry analysis to support strategy and partnership decisions.
• Responsible for cost analysis and price negotiation.
• Responsible for supplier bidding and contract process.
• Compliance with company policies (Vendor accreditation) and NDA/dynamic screening processes.
• Understand and interpret technical drawings and supplier proposals (Incoterms, warranty, lead time, origin, special rates).
• Understand EHS requirements for chemical commodities and Philippine regulations (RA6969).
• Support business-unit projects and respond timely to internal and external customers.

• Responsible on Sourcing on assigned commodity.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering or Business course
• 3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain-Indirect
• Basic to advance knowledge with MS office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
• SAP Knowledge is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site in Tanauan City Batangas
