Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Analyst - Customer Support (Datascope) to assist with navigation, data search and issue resolution for equity and portfolio management teams.

You will work with managers, analysts and banks to diagnose data errors, provide workarounds, and ensure optimal use of Refinitiv products. The role demands strong communication, data analysis, and teamwork across multiple internal groups.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a role handling client queries.
• Ability to manage high pressure client situations and build trust.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of Markets (Equities, Portfolio Management).
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Strong business writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with navigation of LSEG products and data search for clients.
• Escalate issues to Content or Technical Support as needed.
• Interpret equity market requirements and provide resolutions.
• Help customers maximize application utilization with references and workarounds.
• Resolve inquiries on navigation, functionality, data quality & entitlements using Refinitiv products.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, Content, Entitlements, feed support, Sales, and Training to resolve clients' questions.
• Speak clearly with clients and use critical reasoning to identify solutions.
• Log problems by creating tickets in the LSEG CRM system and track to resolution.
• Engage Content Group or Product Specialist for enhancement requests.
