As a Senior Analyst – Blackline, you wil
- l:• Act as the primary point of contact for Blackline application support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholder
- s• Collaborate with system owners to plan and coordinate staffing coverage during critical financial close period
- s• Define, document, and communicate business requirements for system fixes, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiative
- s• Partner with Technical Support teams to implement system changes, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal business disruptio
- n• Uphold compliance standards and ensure adherence to internal control requirement
- s• Support internal and external audit requirements, including compliance with controls and governance framework
- s• Conduct annual risk assessments, including Information Protection (IP) and Data Privacy compliance reviews, incorporating inputs from technical and system administration team
- s• Maintain and update system documentation, ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility for stakeholder
