Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software or IT field.
• Proficiency in Typescript and Python; Go or Rust desirable.
• Hands-on cloud experience (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Experience with Langchain or similar AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with Deepeval, prompt testing tools, or RAG is a plus.
• Frontend framework experience (Next.js or React family).
• Infrastructure as code and containerization skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineer end-to-end AI projects from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements.
• Stand up robust LLMOps with evals, tracing, and cost/latency optimization.
• Productionise models and pipelines using CI/CD and cloud services.
• Apply security, privacy, and responsible AI controls across SDLC.
• Implement retrieval strategies and grounding for reliable results.
• Contribute to accelerators, reference architectures, and reusable components.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
