Deloitte Consulting Philippines Delivery Center is seeking an AI Senior Consultant to lead end-to-end AI projects, architect solutions, and deploy generative AI capabilities within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You will drive robust LLMOps, containerised pipelines, cloud platform implementations, and responsible AI controls, while mentoring junior colleagues and collaborating with international teams to deliver impact.

Work you will do

• Engineering end-to-end projects and developing sprint deliverables in generative and agentic AI, developing innovative solutions using existing digital platforms and foundation models from concept to deployment, in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Collaborating with cross-functional Deloitte teams to identify technical requirements and architecting and deploying AI solutions in complex environments that meet those requirements.
• Stand up robust LLMOps: automated evals, tracing/observability, offline/online testing, prompt versioning, safety red‑teaming, and cost/latency optimisation.
• Productionise models and pipelines using containerisation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud‑native services embed security, privacy, and responsible AI controls through the SDLC.
• Implement retrieval strategies (chunking, hybrid search, metadata filters), grounding, and feedback loops to improve reliability and factuality.
• Partner with engagement leads to scope, estimate, and deliver work packages contribute to accelerators, reference architectures, and reusable components.
• Maintaining a high level of continuous learning in the latest tools and processes available in market, particularly with regards to engineering and delivery of generative and agentic AI technologies.
• Supporting your Deloitte colleagues to make an impact that matters to your community and clients, notably providing technical guidance to junior team members.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in Software/Web Development.
• Typescript and/or Python programming skills. Go, Rust or any other systems programming language is also desirable, but not essential
• Hands‑on cloud experience in GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Ideally experience with Langchain, if not, other AI frameworks like Pydantic, ADK.
• Ideally experience with Deepeval, promptfoo or Ragas.
• Ideally experience with RAG.
• Ideally NextJs (or if not, another React/Frontend framework e.g. Svelte, Remix, Astro)
• Ideally Terraform (or if not, another IaC framework e.g. AWS CDK, Pulumi, Terraform CDK, ARM Templates, Bicep etc)
• Ideally Podman (or if not, Docker, Kubernetes etc)
• Ideally working on Macbook (or Linux) platform
• Specific GenAI experience is valuable - but not essential if you have strong experience across the above items
• Ability to work with cross functional and at times international teams necessarily required if they have strong experience across the above items.
• A passion for all things AI and the motivation to proactively embark on continuous learning as this area evolves.
