Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Data Science, AI, or Data Engineering.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
• Strong full-stack/backend skills using Python, Angular or React, RESTful APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, statistical modeling, and languages like C++ or R.
• Proven capability in AWS, Azure, or GCP, alongside Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git.
• Willing to work in a hybrid, mid-shift setup in BGC, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML models (TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn) and AI-enabled apps using LLMs, RAG, and embeddings.
• Create and maintain scalable data pipelines and data lakes for large-scale processing.
• Perform exploratory analytics and statistical modeling to drive insights and growth.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Apply strong Python, C++, and R practices to ensure data integrity and robust workflows.
• Mentor junior data scientists and stay updated on AI/ML trends.
