Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is hiring for a data science and AI specialist to build and deliver AI-driven data solutions for clients in a hybrid setup based in BGC, Taguig City. You will develop AI-integrated applications, implement ML models, maintain data pipelines, and collaborate with clients to tailor analytics solutions.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, a strong backend stack (Python, Angular/React, REST APIs), and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data science or AI.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Strong full-stack or backend development: Python, Angular or React, RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, testing and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience building AI-integrated applications using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and LangChain/LlamaIndex/Autogen.
• Proven cloud and DevOps capability: Azure, AWS or GCP deployment, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, security, reliability and scalability.
• Degree in AI and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, IT, Machine Learning, MIS, Mathematics or Systems Engineering (nice-to-have).
• Proficiency in data science algorithms and workflows (nice-to-have).
• Machine learning and deep learning techniques (nice-to-have).
• Complex data analysis and predictive modeling (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced data solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights.
• Use statistical modeling and data visualization to solve complex business problems.
• Apply machine learning algorithms and tools such as TensorFlow and Scikit-Learn to improve data-driven decisions.
• Run exploratory and descriptive analysis to inform strategy and drive growth.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and data lakes for large-scale processing.
• Work with clients to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
• Use programming languages such as C++ and R to develop and optimise data science workflows.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous data engineering.
• Mentor junior team members in data science methods.
• Keep up to date with the latest advances in AI and data science.
