Job summary

Aprio is seeking an AI Engineer to join the Business Operations - Information Technology Team in the Philippines. You will design and deploy AI/ML solutions on Azure, build data pipelines, and collaborate with tax, audit, and advisory teams to identify impactful AI use cases.

You will lead in architecture, data modeling, and API integration, while mentoring junior engineers and staying current with AI advances. A hybrid work setup is available for selected roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI architecture, design, and deployment with Microsoft Azure Cloud Technologies, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives and scalability requirements.
• Define overall architecture and data pipelines, selecting appropriate AI tools and frameworks for each project.
• Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability of AI systems.
• Build, test, and deploy AI models on Azure platforms (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse) or other industry solutions.
• Develop APIs and integration points for seamless data exchange between AI solutions and existing business systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated testing for deployment and monitoring.
• Establish MLOps practices for CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring of models.
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and advisory teams to identify AI use cases and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Stay current with AI advancements; develop PoCs and experiment with new techniques.
• Create documentation for AI models, data pipelines, and architecture; ensure privacy, security, and ethics.
