Job summary

Simply Converting is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to cover a parental leave period (3-6 months) for a 100% remote role. You will design ad creatives and emails for eCommerce brands in kids/parenting sectors, using AI tooling as your primary draft engine.

The role emphasizes converting designs across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, with a focus on fast-paced delivery and brand consistency. You should have 3+ years in graphic design, hands-on Claude tools, and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in an agency or eCommerce setting.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and/or Claude Design.
• Proficiency in Figma & Canva as day-to-day tools.
• Experience in the Klaviyo email design platform for eCommerce.
• Strong portfolio of advertising & email design work.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle priorities from home or office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Open to feedback.
• Understand brand/visual assets and client branding.
• Fast internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for ad creatives and emails using AI as the first draft engine.
• Create conversion-focused designs for Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Ensure designs align with client branding and copy.
• Collaborate with copywriters to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
• Maintain organized digital file storage within client folders.
• Participate in internal meetings to optimize designs for conversions.
• Drive design initiatives and experiment with AI tooling to improve layouts.
