Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking an AI + DATA ENGINEER to design, build, and deploy AI solutions powering healthcare insights, recruiter automation, and personalized experiences. You will work hands-on with LLMs, ML models, and scalable data pipelines, in collaboration with the Head of Engineering to productionize services.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of AI engineering experience, proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, FastAPI, LangChain, and vector databases, plus ML Ops and data orchestration

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, FastAPI, LangChain, and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
• Hands-on experience with ML Ops, model deployment, and data pipeline orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven modules for healthcare professional targeting, clustering, and lead scoring.
• Build and deploy LLM-based recruiter agents utilizing LangChain and RAG pipelines.
• Train and fine-tune machine learning models for content personalization, CME recommendations, and second-opinion chatbots.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and feature stores to support robust AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Head of Engineering to operationalize AI services in production environments.

The main responsibilities of a AI + DATA ENGINEER include:

• Design and develop AI-driven modules for healthcare professional (HCP) targeting, clustering, and lead scoring.
• Build and deploy LLM-based recruiter agents utilizing LangChain and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Train and fine‑tune machine learning models for content personalization, CME (Continuing Medical Education) recommendations, and second‑opinion chatbots.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and feature stores to support robust and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the Head of Engineering and cross‑functional teams to operationalize AI services in production environments.

• 3–6 years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, FastAPI, LangChain, and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
• Hands‑on experience with ML Ops, model deployment, and data pipeline orchestration.
• Exposure to healthcare or market research datasets is preferred.
• Prior experience in a startup environment with a strong builder mindset is an advantage.
• Must possess hands‑on coding ability; this is a non‑negotiable requirement.
