Job summary

UnionBank seeks a Senior AI Architect to define and evolve the enterprise AI/ML/GenAI architecture blueprint, ensuring scalable, secure, governed solutions aligned with strategy. Qualifications

• 7+ years in architecture roles; 3+ years in senior or lead roles; experience in regulated industries preferred.
• Strong ML/LLM knowledge, MLOps, cloud platforms, containerization, and responsible AI practices.
• Delivery of scalable and secure AI architecture frameworks.
• Leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and evolve the enterprise AI/ML/GenAI architecture blueprint, including solution patterns, data flows, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership on AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms across cloud and on-prem.
• Lead architectural design reviews and governance forums to ensure conformance to security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and embed AI solutioning into enterprise delivery processes and AICoE/DSAG workflows, accelerating delivery while meeting governance and risk controls.
• Lead end-to-end AI/ML/GenAI solution architecture across the full model lifecycle, enabling scalable and reusable designs.
