Job summary

Vonage is seeking an experienced AEM Architect to lead technical design and delivery of enterprise-grade web solutions. You will guide the engineering team, ensure code quality, and align implementations with business goals while integrating with Adobe tools and external systems.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in AEM, Java, Sling, and OSGi, plus experience delivering multi-site, multi-language experiences and running sophisticated A/B tests with Adobe Target.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of hands-on AEM development experience with Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR and Apache Web Server.
• 5+ years leading AEM architecture and delivery teams in client-facing apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of AEM-based architectures for digital marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with existing systems.
• Design caching and security strategies (Dispatcher, firewall, CDN).
• Define multi-site and multi-language web app strategies leveraging AEM capabilities.
• Create and manage A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target and Audience Segmentation.
• Provide guidance on integration with Salesforce, OneTrust, 6sense, and Adobe products.
