Maxicare Healthcare Corporation is seeking an Actuarial Senior Manager in the Product Pricing unit to lead pricing governance, methodology oversight, and strategic decision support. The role drives actuarial excellence, pricing accuracy, and financial sustainability.

You will lead a high-performing pricing team, collaborate with Sales, SMT, and ELT, and steer pricing initiatives to align with profitability and risk appetite.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics.
• At least 5 years actuarial experience in health, life, or general insurance; 3+ years leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develops pricing policies, guidelines, and controls.
• Oversees pricing models, tools, and assumptions.
• Ensures compliance with methodologies and approvals.
• Provides pricing recommendations to Sales and leadership.
• Leads process improvements, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
• Manages and develops pricing team; ensures timely reports.
