Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial statements, accounting records, journals, and supporting documentation for the Company
• Monitor and oversee daily accounting operations, financial transactions, and bookkeeping activities
• Handle payroll coordination, budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial recording to ensure proper documentation and timely processing
• Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations, tax requirements, statutory filings, and Company financial policies
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for Management review
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, government agencies, suppliers, and other relevant institutions on accounting and financial matters
• Monitor Company cash flow, expenses, and financial movement, and assist Management in budgeting and financial planning
• Supervise and guide accounting staff, bookkeepers, and finance support personnel to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of accounting records
• Provide Management with financial analysis, recommendations, and reports to support operational and business decision-making
• Support the Company in maintaining financial stability, internal control, and efficient accounting operations

About the role

The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing the Company's accounting operations, financial reporting, bookkeeping supervision, and compliance with financial regulations. The position ensures that all financial records, transactions, payroll coordination, budgeting, and reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. The Senior Accountant monitors the Company's financial activities, cash flow, expenses, and internal accounting controls while supporting Management through financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations. The role also ensures compliance with government requirements, tax regulations, and Company financial policies, while helping maintain the Company's financial stability and operational efficiency.
