Job summary

You will oversee closing processes, coordinate with auditors, and ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws while guiding a growing accounting team.

The role requires CPA preferred, 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance, and strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5–8 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or trading industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management.
• Oversee AP/AR functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and liquidity.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and ERP optimization.
• Lead and develop accounting staff.
