• BS Accountancy required; CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience with 2 in supervision.
• Strong background in financial reporting, taxation, audit, and general accounting.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Analytical, organized with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide management with accurate and timely financial information for sound decision-making.
• Help protect company resources through effective accounting controls and compliance.
• Guide the accounting team in maintaining accuracy, discipline, and accountability.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reports and reconciliations.
• Monitor compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and company policies.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team.
