Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The role involves managing audits, coordinating with external auditors, and driving finance transformation initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate has CPA certification, a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, and at least seven years of accounting experience, including leadership. ERP experience with D365/Navision is required, with Big Four exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of accounting, reporting, audit, and compliance experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and statutory reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as D365/Navision.
• Experience managing external audits and working with Big Four firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Oversee audit management and coordinate with external auditors.
• Drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.
• Support ERP enhancements and projects (D365/Navision).
• Mentor and guide the finance team to ensure strong internal controls and timely deliverables.
