Job summary

Moatable, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. You will manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and prepare monthly and annual reports to support financial decision-making.

This role reports to the Controller at our Phoenix headquarters and initially requires in-office onboarding before shifting to a hybrid/remote schedule aligned with US business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 3 to 5 years accounting/audit experience in public or private accounting.
• Strong reporting and data querying capabilities.
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
• Proficiency in ERP systems like Sage, NetSuite, SAP; Sage Intacct preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in month-end close and reconciliations.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and reporting for monthly close.
• Assist in monthly and annual reporting.
• Perform intercompany transactions and treasury activities.
• Maintain prepaid expenses, deposits, intercompany transfers, and fixed assets accounts.
• Ensure compliance with policies and GAAP.
