Johnson & Johnson Global Finance is seeking a Senior Accountant, Legal Entity Accounting, to join the Global Services Finance team in Manila. You will ensure accuracy of statutory ledgers and tax reporting for US and Local GAAP, coordinating with internal and external audit teams.

The role emphasizes compliant closes, balance sheet reconciliations, and cross‑functional collaboration in a multinational Shared Service Centre environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least 3–4 years of professional experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field is required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Close financial periods timely per closing calendar with SOX/compliance adherence.
• Maintain completeness and accuracy of actuals within the entity scope.
• Support internal/external audits and statutory reporting.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations to minimize open items and ensure accuracy.
• Provide on-the-job training for new team members and partners.
• Adhere to worldwide policies and drive process improvements while safeguarding controls.
