Job summary

Partners Group is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage complete cost allocation to global funds and clients. You will understand fund structures and contribute to accurate allocations across the fund lifecycle.

Responsibilities include invoicing, journal reviews, and documentation support. Collaboration with global finance teams and stakeholderson ensuring data quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 4–12 years of relevant financial accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large data.
• Familiarity with funds and investment vehicle structures is an advantage.
• Reliable, detail-oriented with ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process cost allocation from Group entities to Funds (incl. invoicing).
• Define suitable allocation keys and maintain cost descriptions.
• Monthly reviews of journal entries and accounting reconciliations.
• Assist in proper documentation for the cost allocation process.
• Interpret legal agreements to ensure correct cost allocation to the Funds.
• Collaborate with Group Finance and other stakeholders to improve allocation tools.
