Job summary

IQ-EQ in the Philippines is seeking a senior fund accounting professional to validate deliverables and ensure quality standards. You will review financial statements and NAV calculations, acting as a technical resource for preparers while upholding IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on quality assurance across fund deliverables, handling complex portfolios and contributing to process improvements with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Accounting/finance degree with CPA or equivalent.
• At least 5 years total experience, 3+ years in fund accounting, financial reporting, or audit.
• Proficient in reviewing financial statements.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Expert in validating capital calls, distribution workings, and fund books and records.

Job Description

THIS ROLE

A review position responsible for validating fund accounting deliverables and ensuring quality standards. This role performs detailed reviews of financial statements and supports complex accounting processes while serving as a technical resource for preparers. The position focuses on quality assurance and maintaining accounting standards across deliverables.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

• You are an accounting, finance, or business administration graduate with CPA license or equivalent
• You have a minimum of 5 years of overall experience 3 years of which are in fund accounting, financial reporting, or audit, with a focus on complex portfolios and advanced accounting modules
• You are proficient in reviewing financial statements
• You have a strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS or GAAP) and regulatory requirements
• You are an expert in validating capital calls, distribution workings, and fund books and records
