Job summary

Fig Advisory in Manila is seeking a Senior Accountant with Australian accounting expertise to join onsite in Quezon City for AU shift.

You will prepare financial statements for Australian clients, handle BAS/tax, manage end-to-end bookkeeping, and mentor juniors while collaborating with the onshore team to close books on time.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Australian accounting, ideally within a firm or outsourced environment
• Strong Xero capability. Class or Class Super experience is a real plus
• A sharp eye for detail and a genuine understanding of Australian compliance
• Confidence to own your work and communicate clearly
• A degree in Accountancy. CPA is well regarded but not essential

Responsibilities

• Preparing financial statements, management accounts, and reports for Australian clients
• Handling BAS, tax, and compliance work to Australian standards
• Managing end-to-end bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Reviewing the work of junior team members and supporting their development
• Working directly with clients and the onshore team to close the books on time
