Job summary

D&V Philippines Outsourcing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant (AU) to manage accounts payable, vendor reconciliations, and month-end close for AU clients in a hybrid Manila setup. You will review supplier bills, load payments, prepare accruals, and support sales invoicing with accuracy.

The role requires 3+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English. You will collaborate with the client and team, contribute to management reports, and partake in ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy is required.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables).
• Experience handling AU clients.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier bills recorded in the system and monitor payment due dates.
• Prepare weekly AP payment runs and load payments.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and follow up on invoices.
• Investigate and resolve supplier queries related to invoices and payments.
• Support in preparing and issuing B2B sales invoices at month-end with accurate customer data, pricing and taxes.
• Conduct weekly reviews of sales invoices for completeness.
• Prepare management reports including cost analysis, GRNI, suspense accounts and prepayments.
• Prepare and post accrual and deferral journals for month-end closing.
• Support the client and team with ad hoc tasks.
