Job summary

HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Industrial Designer to turn retail and shopper marketing concepts into production-ready displays for Australian retailers. You will create eye-catching fixtures and develop technical drawings, collaborating with clients and production teams to ensure designs are practical and commercially viable.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in industrial design within retail display, shopper marketing, or POS agency.
• Experience designing FSDUs, CDUs, permanent displays, and retail fixtures – preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Australian retail environments, FMCG, hardware, pharmacy, or consumer electronics – preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, KeyShot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience producing technical manufacturing drawings.
• Familiarity with AI design tools for concept development and visualization.
• Understanding of sustainable design and manufacturing practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

We're looking for an experienced Industrial Designer to bring retail and shopper marketing concepts to life—from initial idea through to production and installation. You'll create eye-catching retail displays, develop technical drawings, collaborate with clients and production teams, and ensure every design is practical, commercially viable, and built to perform in-store.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment and has a strong background designing retail displays for major Australian retailers.

Key Responsibilities
