Microchip Technology Inc. in the Philippines is hiring a Tactical Planner to manage customer demand and schedule production using MRP, ensuring timely delivery and optimal use of materials.

The ideal candidate holds a BS Industrial Engineering with 2–3 years in production control, preferably in semiconductors, and demonstrates strong communication, analytical skills, and ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with 2–3 years in production control or related roles, preferable in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience in production planning and control is essential.
• Experience in semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics AX.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule Sales Orders based on lead times, priority, and material availability using MRP.
• Review and release Planned Production Orders to Subcontractor Planners weekly.
• Ensure new Sales Orders are reviewed and confirmed within turnaround times.
• Maintain planning tools and document delays and changes.
• Update Promised Delivery Dates to minimize delays.
• Coordinate with Shipping and Logistics to address shipment schedules.
• Escalate issues and propose recovery plans as needed.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and timeliness in tasks.
