Job summary

STMicroelectronics in the Philippines is seeking a Reliability Technician in Quality to join our team. You will lead REL monitoring activities and support the reliability process flow from hold analysis to qualification lots.

The role requires a background in science or engineering and at least 3 years in a reliability lab environment, with knowledge of REL machines and semiconductor assembly/test processes. You will train colleagues, prepare reports, and communicate with internal customers.

Qualifications

• Background in science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar reliability lab environment.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor assembly and test processes.
• Knowledge on different REL machines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the REL monitoring team.
• Understand the reliability process flow, including REL monitoring, hold-lot evaluation, and qualification-lot handling.
• Load and unload different REL machines.
• Perform legwork assigned without supervision.
• Train colleagues on basic REL machine operation.
• Prepare and provide reports.
• Communicate with internal customers.
• Prepare reports for Qual, RTC, and Eval.
