Job summary

STMicroelectronics in the Philippines (Calamba, Laguna) is seeking a Production operator to run daily manufacturing tasks. The role focuses on operating machines, following work instructions, and supporting non-machine production activities within a strict schedule.

The position requires compliance with quality standards, completing log sheets, and reporting abnormalities to improve station efficiency and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines in the assigned station and shift following established man to machine ratio.
• Performs basic operations as defined in the Work Instructions (WI)
• Supports and performs non machine operating production activities
• Adheres to assigned task and schedule provided by Superior
• Completes all standard production transactions and log sheets
• Provides inputs, reports abnormalities and suggests improvements relevant to assigned station
• Adheres to compliance standards in completing all required documentation
• Complies with rules and regulations on safety, health, environment, good housekeeping and security in the area of responsibility to ensure that applicable rules and regulations are understood and implemented
