Job summary

onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is seeking an Operator to run production equipment and contribute to high throughput with quality, yield, and optimal cycle times at the Luisita Industrial Park, Tarlac City, Philippines. You will follow basic semiconductor manufacturing requirements, assist line coordinators, and perform tasks with accuracy, under supervision.

This 12-hour shift role requires flexibility, basic technical training, and a proactive effort to maintain safety and efficiency on the production

Qualifications

• Middle school certificate or above; technical certificate is preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferable.
• Experience with shift work is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Understand semiconductor assembly and test basic requirements on production lines and report issues to technicians on time.
• Operate equipment or perform positions according to specifications/instructions to ensure correct work.
• Comply with IATF16949 and EHS requirements based on manuals and specifications.
• Support production line coordinator to fulfill all production goals.
• Understand different kinds of raw/auxiliary materials and tools and how to use them to support high efficiency/cost-effective manufacturing.
• Implement TPM and other activities that help line continuous improvement.
• Fill in worksheets to report work results proficiently.
• Perform other temporary work assigned by supervisor.
