Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facilities operations in a semiconductor manufacturing setting. This role requires close coordination with technicians and contractors to ensure uninterrupted production support at the Taguig site.

The ideal candidate holds relevant bachelor’s degrees and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. On-site work is required at FTI Taguig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related technical field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on supervisory experience in facilities operations.
• Ability to supervise technicians and contractors across multiple disciplines.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and O&M manuals.
• Experience supervising facilities operations in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
