A leading retail company is seeking a committed individual for customer service management and category building in their operations. This role focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, with responsibilities including staff supervision, inventory management, and category sales achievement. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and relevant retail experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Customer service management
2. Category building:
a. Accountable for category sales achievement
b. Ensure 100% customer service level
c. Ensures that WalterMart standards are implemented
d. Safety and sanitation of the category.
e. Ensures implementation of first to expire, first out (FEFO)
f. Bad order management
g. Timely and accurate execution of all promotion
h. Ensures that shelf tags are updated
3. Ensures 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment
4.Supervise and monitor performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis, Sales / Marketing / Administration.
With at least 1 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail and food establishments.
