Job summary

Robinsons Department Store Philippines is seeking a Selling Supervisor for the Santiago branch. If you are committed to customer service and have solid selling and cashiering experience and leadership skills, you will be a perfect addition to our team.

You will lead a team, drive sales, and ensure excellent service while managing inventory and stock control in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business Management or equivalent.
• With at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail/service-oriented company.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

• Attends to customer inquiries and complaints with immediate action and solutions.
