Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the activities of seed processing line
• Execute seed processing line operations including seed registration, trial fulfillment, nesting, seedtreatment, discarding of materials, germination test, pick and pack support, moisture content checking, hybrid inventory and hauling
• Coordinate workforce requests to Operation Crew Lead
• Provide support to processing operation and practice management discipline for effective work planning and to achieve operational efficiency.
• Execute Lean Six Sigma Project
• Flexible and able to work technically and efficiently in all activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain elevated level of customer service
• Render other duties as assigned
