Job summary

Jobtailor in the Philippines is seeking a cybersecurity services delivery professional to protect and monitor client environments across multiple tenants. You will lead threat monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability remediation, coordinating with MSP processes to strengthen defenses.

Qualifications

• MSP/IT outsourcing or offshoring cybersecurity experience is required.
• Hands-on security service delivery across multi-tenant environments.
• Experience with Essential 8 and NIST CSF frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Security (Defender, Purview, Entra ID Protection).
• Knowledge of Azure Security (Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Privileged Identity Management).

Responsibilities

Job description

• Hunt threats, remediate vulnerabilities, and disrupt attackers

Requirements

• Security-focused experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP), IT outsourcing or offshoring environment is essential
• Hands-on experience delivering cybersecurity services across multi-tenant or multi-client environments, including threat monitoring, incident response and vulnerability remediation
• Several years' experience working with security frameworks such as Essential 8 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Security including Defender, Purview and Entra ID Protection
• Working knowledge of Azure Security including Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud and Privileged Identity Management
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve complex problems
